ACC Settlement – ACC vs. FSU and Clemson

The ACC has reached a settlement with FSU and Clemson over the Grant of Rights contract. FSU and Clemson end up with everything they asked for of the ACC. FSU and Clemson get to keep their media rights if they leave the conference. FSU and Clemson’s exit fee is significantly reduced to below the original $500m penalty. They also get a performance-based revenue-sharing model to increase the revenue distribution by $15m to $20m.
