Tre Thomas scored 18 points, making 4 of 12 shots (3 of 5 3-pointers) and 7 of 8 free throws. Jamil Reynolds had 15 points and six rebounds for the Bulls (5-6). Casen Jennings added 12 points and six rebounds for South Florida. Jayden Reed had 12 points and four assists. Bethune-Cookman led 32-29 at halftime. Bethune-Cookman erased a two-point deficit with a 13-0 run in the second half to take a 48-37 lead with 14:14 left in the first half. Freeman scored 15 points in the second half.
